How to use
Once you have downloaded the file to a location of your choice, simply run the executable, no installation needed. A toolbar icon will appear, confirming that the tool is
ready. To convert text, simply select any paragraph from any editable
source such as a Microsoft Word document or an email, and press CTRL+M.
The tool will convert the selected text, and paste the results in place of
the original text. The tool will automatically detect if the first few
characters are Latin or Cyrillic, and perform the conversion accordingly.
To exit, right-click on the taskbar icon, and select "Exit".

This tool was developed specifically for the Mongolian language, but it
should also work fine for the Russian or Ukranian alphabet.
